Sleeve Assembly for B42 Collet Adapter Assembly

The B42 Collet Adapter Assembly is for Dead-Length applications on lathes with A2-6 spindle noses, particularly the CONQUEST TwinTurn Machine. Separate linkups will be needed for other lathes. The assembly accepts standard B42 collets, with a maximum capacity of 1-5/8" round. The assembly has a reduced nose diameter (3.83") compared to the B65 chuck (5.586") for better tool clearance and it provides greater capacity than the 22 Brown & Sharpe Dead-Length Adapter. The assembly includes coolant nozzle, 3 teflon sleeves for heat shrinking onto the B42 collets and an additional front cap with Viton collet face seal.
