Description
Emergency step chucks are made for those situations where time does not allow for the ordering of a precision machined step chuck. Most emergency step chucks are supplied woth pin holes and pins in place for precision machining. Pains are located beyond the maximum rated capacity of the step chucks-this permits stepping the chuck to its full capacity without cutting into the pins. Pins can be used, removed and saved for additional stepping operations
