Description
The HDH691 Hydraulic Vise is the first 6″ “pull-type” vise with a full 9″ opening between jaws.
- Easier programming in the “Y” axis positive direction
- Reduces “reach-over” distance making part loading safer and easier
- A full 9″ opening between jaws when using standard jaw plates
- Wider more stable stationary jaw equals less deflection
- Four bolt stationary jaw bolts from the top which reduces stress in the body so the vise stays flatter after assembly
- No need to remove the vise from the table to clean
- Narrower body allows for more vises in the work envelope
- Taller body design equals less deflection under clamping load
- Bolts and locates directly on standard grid plates: 40mm, 50mm or 2″
- “Pull-type” design reduces stress in the body which results in more accurate clamping
- Quick change movable jaw, the HD platform movable jaw allows for quick change and carvability to hold that odd shaped part
- GrooveLock® workstop included
- Uses since keys or alignment
- Swivel base available, Part #D50-4-SA
- Body height matched ±0.0005″
- Hydraulic units feature a 1/4″ stroke
